"We came into town for parents weekend at USNA. The house was perfect. Great location, quiet neighborhood. House was big and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had enough supplies and equipment to cook what we needed. "

"The communication on the check-in process was clear and timely. The location was perfect - very easy to get to downtown Annapolis and steps away from the beach. Our children enjoyed the access to the beach and the use of the Kayak. The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts are kind and thoughtful - they made sure we had plenty of coffee! "
"Wonderful historic hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to Naval Academy and waterfront shops and dining (5-minute walk, tops). Also close to Maryland State House (across the street) and several other historical sites. Loved our stay, with many future stays planned as we visit our new Midshipman in the months and years to come."

"Overall, it was a great house and great stay... I would rent again if I was in the area b/c it was a great location...Small caveats... Property advertised as waterfront which it is but the waterfront directly in front of the property is completely blocked by trees... Property also advertised as having two decks but there was no furniture on the decks... There were some plastics chairs in an upstairs closet but not quite the same as some deck furniture... Finally, there was a leak under the kitchen sink while we were there and instead of sending a plumber we were told to turn off a valve, find the leak and put something under the sink to catch the water... I was surprised they didn't send a plumber to fix it but we were only staying a couple nights...The host was easy to communicate w/and did let us check in a couple hours earlier then the stated check in time... They offered for us to stay longer on check out day as well but we had already left..."
