"The staff are very happy to solve your problems. Customer service was absolutely amazing! However, a few things will cause us to stay else where when we return in two weeks. The shower is absolutely cold. Luke warm water at best. The breakfast had variety but non of it was good. The pancakes weren’t cooked. They came out too big and just didn’t cook well because the dough disbursement was off. The juice is watered down. The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic. Instant oatmeal was a hard pass. The one solid from breakfast was the coffee! It’s brewed fresh for every cup. On to the room. The towels in our room had hair on majority all of them. The air didn’t work throughout the night. The walls are thin. You’ll hear your neighbors throughout the night. The back/side door didn’t work so we had to walk around to the front door in the rain. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud! The bathtub was old and stained. Our microwave didn’t work. The staff replaced it promptly but the inconvenience of having to wait to warm up my daughter’s food 15-20 minute after a soccer game wasn’t pleasant. If the breakfast was good we’d return because all other items were fixed besides the outside door. But we’d just rather pick a hotel that will probably have everything in order without breakfast included and just buy breakfast."

"Lovely family-owned and -run B n B. Hosts are super friendly, good communication. All types of guests, it seemed. Street parking easy this time of year. It was raining, but cute downtown main st shopping. Would love to come back! My hubbie would like softer toilet paper, lol. This room is on the third floor, lots of stairs. Breakfast was egg bake, toast, yogurt, oatmeal and mini Drakes coffee cakes! "

"My favorite hotel in Asbury Park. Peaceful stay in the middle of a rock and roll beach town. "

"The staff was wonderful. The room had some issues but the staff tried to help fix them. The parking lot was tricky to get into. Breakfast was nice although not wonderful it sufficed. We only stayed for one night. The room size was good and it had a microwave and mini fridge."

"The slider was broken. Also in the shower there was no where to put your soap or shampoo. Had to put on the floor of the shower. Only one light worked in the room. "

"It was barely a step up from a motel. The bathroom had a really small tub and tiles that were stained and mildewy. The TV kept losing signal . I booked a king room with a couch and they gave me a queen . Travelled with my cousin . She booked a separate room. They didn’t have a room for her because they said if you choose the Expedia ‘pay at property’ option you don’t have a reserved room. I chose the pay in advance option . I never knew that if you don’t pay in advance on Expedia that you don’t actually have a booked room! After 8 hours of driving - it was a really frustrating experience and disappointing stay."
