« Only issue was the coffee pot. I needed to leave at 230 in the morning and went to add water to the coffee pot and it was pretty nasty inside. That was the only issue I had. Other than that it was ok. »

« We would definitely stay here again. Besides the lighting in the bathroom being kind of dim, everything was great. The staff was great, knowledgeable and kind, and the amenities were all clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the patio with pizza! Also there were a lot of staff so it always seemed like someone was around should you have questions. The rooms were updated as well. »

« The host , Charles was fantastic . He lives next door but assured us privacy the whole time. He was available when needed and accompanied us in every way. It is small but has everything you need. Bed was comfortable. We only had two cups of coffee but blamed it on ourselves as we hurried the clean to get in early. The Dollar store is just down the road and came in handy for snacks and coffee. I'm sure if we asked Charles would have brought us more coffee. It's so quiet and private. Sweet patio...

« The hotel smelled as soon as we walked in. A musty smell. Our room was no better but a different smell. Turns out there were 2 pine tree air fresheners in the air conditioner. The kind you put in your car. No coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. We had the room booked for 4 nights but came home after 2. The staff was fine but most had been there for a very short time so that didn’t help. Never staying there again or at any Super 8 if there is more than 1. »

« The rooms here are nice sized but in need of a refresh. A beautiful historic hotel in the center of Red Wing, with easy access to everything and ample parking. But, the rooms need modernization; they are a bit sparse. There is a Keurig and an alarm clock and a smallish TV. But they just feel a bit empty and simple.
