« La chambre était très très chaude (le couloir également) et le chauffage ne se réglait pas directement : nous avons dû plusieurs fois descendre à la réception pour demander à baisser. Finalement, nous avons dormi sans couette pour supporter la température, bien qu’ayant demandé à descendre à 19 degrés. Le reste était globalement bon, attention par contre à l’accès de l’hôtel qui se fait directement par une voie rapide. On peut louper la sortie au premier abord. »

Les hôtes sont fantastiques, la chambre est grande, on a accès à un super petit-déjeuner, on nous a offert de l'eau, café et indiqué un très bon restaurant pas cher à 3 min à pied ! Je vous assure que ce B&B est incroyable, il y a 2 chambres »

« Tout était top. Il mérite bien son nom de Palace Grand Hôtel. Personnel accueillant même à 22h, il fait super bon dans tout l’hôtel, de grandes fenêtres dans la chambre avec une super vue. Un petit dej complet. Une facilité de se garer où la voiture ne craint rien. Si je reviens sur Varese, je reprendrais cet hôtel sans hésitation. »

« Nous avons passé un séjour excellent, la maison est magnifique. Tout est soigné, la décoration, l accueil. Nous y étions en février l appartement est bien chauffé. Très attentif à la propreté, le ménage est parfait. Je suis rarement aussi enthousiaste sur un lieu. Le seul petit détail a noter est que c est loin du centre ville mais avec la voiture pas de problème. Donatella parle très bien le français et c est de plus en plus rare en Italie. »

"Hôtel Palace magnifique début 20ème. Il a gardé son cachet avec une galerie d’art par étage. Nous y sentons son histoire riche de ces occupants illustres. Accueil et service au niveau d’un 5 étoiles. À tester le bar Hemingway. Les chambres restent dans le thème de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bien fourni. La déception vient du niveau de la cuisine , qui n’est absolument pas au niveau du lieu. C’est bien dommage ! "
