Star Suites KLCC

Star Suites KLCC

10/10 Excellent
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Star Suites KLCC! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and ideally located, with fantastic views and easy access to everything Kuala Lumpur has to offer. Being so close to the Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC and surrounding attractions made exploring the city incredibly convenient. What impressed me most was the level of service and security throughout the property. The reception team was consistently welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. It was also reassuring to see security personnel stationed at the reception, driveway and pool area. That visible security presence really added to our sense of comfort and safety throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the lovely lady at reception who assisted us during check-in. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name, but she was absolutely exceptional! Her knowledge of the building, surrounding area and local attractions was impressive. She was confident, attentive, professional and genuinely passionate about helping guests. She is a real asset to the property and absolutely deserves recognition from management, if not a promotion! One small area for improvement would be the service at the pool area. On 6 November, at approximately 8 pm, we approached a staff member for assistance, but unfortunately, communication was quite difficult due to his limited English proficiency. He seemed unable to understand our questions or provide much assistance. While I appreciate that Engli"
