"In the wheelchair accessible room, there's a drain near the toilet. When rolling over it, the "grate/cover" popped off (apparently it wasn't installed correctly), dropping my front wheel into a huge hole, which stopped my chair immediately and launched me head first into the wall. In the shower, the mounted rod the hand-held shower head was on came apart immediately upon grabbing it. Apparently that wall mount wasn't installed correctly either. Other than the injuries going head-first into the wall, the hotel was nice, clean, polite staff, and the food was great. "

"The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us out. The rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was actually pretty solid which is not given for Days Inn hotels. I did have a bit of a struggle getting my key to work at the side door but young gentleman came out and assisted me. "
