"I can't rate this hotel honestly because I never stayed there. I made the reservation in the wrong city by accident. Tried to cancel within 5 minutes and I'm still waiting for hotels.com to refund me the portion that they stated they would refund. I will 100% never use hotels.com to book a hotel again. I will be sure to spread the word about how awful this company is. They definitely don't care about their customers. They are only out for themselves!"
