Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner\`s expense). \* Deliveries No mail or package deliveries are allowed during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items. \* Noise & Respect for Neighbors No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests. \* Smoking No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated. Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximun capacity of the house will be charged. \* Security Cameras For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras. For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties. \* Parties & Events No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
