Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge. \* Guest Count The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximum capacity of the house will be charged. \* Security Cameras For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras. For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties. \* Parties & Events No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
