Enclosed front porch, shaded. My sister sat on the porch for hours while I was busy. I was a little apprehensive about the on street parking but home is on a quiet one way street so it was fine. It had all the charm of an old house, but with modern updates. There was a slight issue, but the host had a handyman over to fix it within 30 minutes. She also followed up on it.
