There were 10 of us that rented and there was plenty of room. Does not have A/C, but was not needed with the nice breeze from the lake and the fans. It was always cool in the house. The lighting is a bit dark in some of the rooms, but was doable. Had everything that you need. It was a nice getaway and I would go back. The shed that has bunks was really nice to sleep in! It was exactly what I was looking for! The house and bunk house had lots of space, full kitchen, AC, and beautiful view of the lake and sunsets. There was lots of water toys to keep us occupied. It was a quick drive to either Bath or Hammondsport for shopping/restaurants. We also checked out Stony Brook park about 30 minutes away in Dansville.
