"The front desk staff could definitely benefit from additional customer service training. While some interactions were fine, one particular staff member—an older woman working the front desk—was consistently unpleasant and took away from the overall experience. On a positive note, the food options were a highlight. The availability of a buffet was convenient and appreciated, and the manager seemed to make an effort to maintain consistency in that area. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk overshadowed the positives. "

"The gentleman on duty was great! The lady however, was rude and nasty. Happy hour was nice. The snack choices were good, with some healthy options. Thr breakfast was bad...the eggs tasted like plastic, they had no biscuits and the juice tasted like water. The coffee, however, was decent. No parking ..you could look for on street parking or use their valet. "

"Room was clean, staffs were helpful, love their pool, spacious parking, so far of all hotels we've been to their breakfast is my top. Love that they still have the microwave which lots of leading hotels remove from their rooms. Our first experience was great, but probably due to spring break the second time was not, kids were extremely loud at the hallway running, screaming and so on (up until 2am then 4am until we checkout. Their main elevator was making weird, freaky sounds, some washer and dryer (they have multiple) doesn't seem to work fine (they don't fill enough water as in some clothes didn't even got wet at all), I also used 2 different dryers as the first one doesn't seems to do the job well (might need some cleaning maintenance or whatever), no hot tub. But other than that I like it. We will definitely consider this place to stay in again when we get back in the area."
