« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »

« Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet. »

« La chambre etait tres propre, lendroit est bien située et tranquille. Les equipements sont neuf et fonctionne bien »

« It was my first time in this property. It was generally a good place to stay. Very well maintained and clean. The weekend crowd made the place super congested. The blasting music from nearby at 7am doesn't make a sleep in possible. A let down was the lack of bedding and so you get strictly only 1 pillow per person, which I found unusual. »

« The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened Lastly I felt no-safe, the lift can be access by anyone, no need card...

« Property was clean just a bit more communicate to process with landlord, management, receptionist as the property not a hotel. So far is good »

« I like the breakfast, very delicious Good experience and Good value for money »

« Decent basic apartment. Wayfinding to the entrance could be clearer »

« 수건이 너무 낡았습니다. 3-4년도 더 된듯 낡았어요. 그리고 호텔 조식은 너무 맛이 없었고, 서버는 차와 커피를 구분하지 못해서 고객에게 냄새로 확인하라고 합니다. »

« The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. The rooms and hall are spacious and the location of the apartment is quite good, with Top 100 and some eateries within walking distance. The price is...
