"This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great for visiting Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Fishtown and more. Our teens who love to fish spent hours in the kayaks on the lake bass fishing. We rented a pontoon on Long Lake one day too (so close). The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at house and we used the grill several times. The hosts were easy to reach if needed. Would highly recommend. One tip: bring your own drinking water. "

"We had an absolute blast staying in Traverse City. My family and I enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming in Bass lake. The cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and coffee. Staying at this place made me realize how awesome it is to have a washer and dryer!!! The airline lost our bag so we had to do laundry every day in order to have clean clothes. This place rocks!"
"Property location and amenities are excellent, however the water in the house has a very peculiar odor and taste, which makes showers rather unpleasant. Had to use bottled water for any toothbrushing and coffee. "
"We really enjoyed a Northern Michigan weekend while staying at this property. The house was clean and inviting, and the back yard gives that perfect Up North feeling with tons of space with a lakefront at the end. I really enjoyed the location, plenty of grocery and food options nearby and close to Downtown TC, but just far enough to keep you out of the hustle and bustle to relax. Would recommend this rental and I would stay here again!"
