"Nathan was very responsive to our changing plans and understanding. Will definitely stay here on future visits to Southern Indiana."

"Very nice place! The outdoor lighting is really cool with the trees lit up and the house numbers lit up, as well. Only a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on the river. "

"Good"

"This apartment was close to the hospital I’m currently working at. It is very inviting, clean, and decorated so well. I’ll definitely be staying again!"

"Very clean apartment. Nice place for the spouse to chill if he didnt want to shop! No problems with anything. Located in a central location to everything we wanted to do! Will definitely return!"

"We enjoyed our stay here, we hope you will too"

"It was nice only problem is the hot water took a long time to kick on."

"Located a short walk to about anything downtown. Our host Jada was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave wonderful recommendations on places to take my wife for our anniversary dinner. The House is a bit older but very clean and updated with about everything you need provided. Shampoo, coffee, cereal, stocked kitchen, and even wine for a fair charge that we ended up enjoying. My only negative is the living room curtains don’t provide much privacy at night (all the other rooms are fine),...

"The people were proactive and offered us options due to the change in units to the lower floor. Overall the place is in a good location and was clean. It is a first floor unit and wood floors on all levels so the dogs upstairs from the unit did make a decent amount of noise with their nails on the floor. It did quiet at night and was not bearable with some music on. I would stay again at this place. "

"Toilet moves when you sit on it, needs fixed!Good cooling and A/C!Need more towels ahead of time (face, hand and bath sizes) without having to ask after checking in. I listed 3 guests and did not have enough for 1 guest and the length of stay. Once should not have to request the minimum needed.Thank you for providing them once requested however!"

"This place is absolutely amazing! It has a vintage look and feel, down to the smallest details. An incredibly enjoyable place to stay!"

"It was really clean, but uh, kind of in a sketchy. Neighborhood"

"Great location to stay for li e music at "

"The host was very prompt on his responses. The apartment was very well maintained and clean. There are only a couple of glasses so that would be the only thing I'd change. Overall great experience. Me and my partner want to stay next time we get a VRBO 10/10"
