"My room was missing a hairdryer and I was unable to contact the staff at night. I also filled the jetted tub only to find it didn't work. And, I had the heat on but it was 65F in my room. The next morning I asked at the desk when it was manned and was told they hadn't switched over to heat yet and to use the portable heater. There was no portable heater in my room."

All service members from check-in to cleaning service to restaurant service and Bartender were excellent. Gym , pool and jacuzzi were top notch. Would definitely stay there again if in the area 😎❤️"

"A nice, clean room with a comfy bed. Not too hard and not too soft! Close to the pool and hot tub, which we had to ourselves for 3 weekdays. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast of cheese omelets, sausage links, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. The coffee, both regular and decaf, were very good also. The TV was easy to operate and the heat/AC worked great."
