"Nice place. Downtown of small town Bridgewater right across from Frenchie shop. Close to highway. We had a good time. We were on second floor. Nice place. There is stairs not elevator. But there are outside room."

"Where to start.... there were 2 drywall patches on wall just inside the door. These were white unpainted 5 inch circles. A couple of grey paint drips on lower bathroom wall, and rust mark on floor by toilet. The toilet kept running continually. The flap inside was detoriated so needed replaced - you couldn't just jingle handle and hope it would resettle - heard sound all night. The toilet had rust stains. Rust marks on shower curtain rod and the holder of the towels. The sheets and towels were in ok condition and the bath tub was clean. There was a strange banging noise at 4 am for an hour. The manager was polite and had tried to give us a quiet room. Place used by truck drivers so a couple left at 530 am - diesel vehicles are loud. Not best neighbourhood, but not on a highway. I would not stay there again. On back of the little envelope for door key card were safety instructions: Always use deadbolt, secure valuables, report suspicious person or acts, never open door prior to verifying ID. Good tips, but made us think that security and safety are an issue at this hotel. Was very overpriced for what you get. I would NOT stay there again."

"Ok, so where to start. My best friend and I were looking for a girls' weekend (also a great place to fish for a guys' weekend) where we could just hang out, check out the local coffee shops and art, and maybe find a farmers' market. We got to do all of those things:) It was incredible. Staying here felt like a secret, hidden spot that if I didn't share it with others, I mean, then how would you get to see what I am talking about :) Honestly, the one Vrbo I have intentionally spread the word around about. Jeff and Rochelle are incredible hosts, and so is the neighborhood. If you are looking for a secret, a tucked-away place that is serene and beautiful, and you want to get back to feeling what matters (nature and connection), go here :) Take care,Heidi & Sandy"
