"We loved our tiny house for 3 nights. The one missing item was a desk in the upstairs. Both my husband and I needed to work remotely each morning and this caused me to need to go to the Adirondack room. it was lovely but my work could have been better aligned with a desk upstairs. my husband sat on the sofa. We hope to return with our other 2 adult children too. Location was great to get to sites in the region. thanks."

"Came here with 7 ladies for a bachelorette and we had the best time. It is such a great location with so many things in close driving distance. The home was absolutely beautiful and clean. The only complaint we had was the kitchen lacking some necessary items like a colander and an additional baking sheet. Other than that we had 0 complaints! Would definitely stay again. "

"This cottage is a pleasant retreat from the hectic day to day life. No television but pleasant evening music is more than enough. Morning sun is glorious rising through the trees. You are surrounded by ice cream shops, farmers markets, song birds. The town won't let you use their beaches, so the state beach is your best choice. Go and enjoy!"

"We loved our stay at this cottage. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and we were glad to have the extra 1/2 bath. Very comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to book again. We appreciated the use of the washer dryer. Those machines are often not great at rentals, but this was a fine set! I even put the puzzle together and we enjoyed the provided board games. The river is nice to sit and enjoy."

"We stayed for 4 nights in September. The cottage was just as advertised and we were very comfortable. Lynn was very responsive to questions. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well and anything we needed was available. The location was perfect since it was only about 1 mile to the Cliff Walk, 2 to downtown Newport and very close to the nature preserve. Thank you for letting us stay in the cottage for our Newport visit!"

"We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!"

"This was the perfect location for us, convenient to everything but tucked away for privacy and relaxation. The fenced in yard was a plus for our pup who also loved to sit out on the dock and watch the water activity. We spent most late afternoons home just sitting on the dock or the deck watching the world go by. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

Brenda was extremely communicative and attentive when I had a couple of questions arise. You can see the water from the attached porch- we loved taking in the view each morning and watching the sunset at night!"
