Ideal for resting by the infinity pool or in the shade of one of the many olive trees surrounding the 3000 m² property, without vis-à-vis.

Bright kitchen, equipped: induction hobs, multifunction oven and microwave, dishwasher, percolator, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery, storage. In room adjoining the kitchen: American fridge, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, storage.
An abbey table surrounded by its bench and chairs will allow you to have your meal inside.
A terrace adjoining the kitchen, with a large table and two benches, with a view of the valley, will allow you to enjoy the sunrise.
Under the pergola, facing the plunging view of nature, you will find a small comfortable living room.
Outside, on the terrace overlooking the pool, you will find a plancha. A large table and chairs will welcome you to spend a pleasant meal.
All protected by shade sails.
Closed garage with automatic door.
Games such as ping-pong table, Molkky, board games... ensure that you spend evenings in a friendly atmosphere.

Garden side:
Infinity pool, with views of the valley. New teak beach beds, table and chairs, umbrellas ensure rest and relaxation.
The garden, with terraced terraces, will allow you to relax in a hammock or read in a deckchair in the shade of one of the many olive trees.

The surroundings:
The village, accessible on foot through small shortcuts, is 1.5km away.
You will find a weekly market, bakeries, butcher, mini-market, pharmacy, hairdresser, several restaurants and pizzeria, bars and bar-tabac, tourist office.....
Ideal area for cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts even in the late season.

Possibility of beautiful walks through the nearby forest, towards the Col du Bel Homme (10km), horseback riding, water activities at Lake Saint-Cassien, Pennafort gorges, Verdon gorges, golf courses (Saint-Andréol, Terre blanche). The beaches of Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez... will seduce you with their beautiful beaches with fine sand and their small hidden coves... to be discovered without delay.

Callas, Claviers, Seillans, Fayence, Bagnols-en-Forêt, Tourtour, Saint-Paul de Vence etc. Small typical villages of the South, with fountains, churches, art galleries and terraces in the shade of plane trees await you for a moment's break.
Our house is built on half levels, so each space is separated by a few steps, and does not make it accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Our friends, the dogs, are not allowed.
For bookings in July and August, we only accept stays of a minimum of 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday.
