Brilliant location. Property is basic(Hostal) but clean & ideal for a stay in central Barcelona. Free toiletries & great air conditioning; staff were friendly; would stay here again

Nice room in the central area
The entrance is not easily access, guests have to ring the doorway to get in. Anyway the room is spacious and in good condition.

That was my second stay in this hostel. This time the room was more spacious and in better condition so i was actually positively surprised.

Didn't like it.
I made the mistake of booking a cheap room with shared bathroom. Noise all night, doors banging, I could hear people snoring in room next to me. Poky little room. Shower dirty. Wouldn't stay there again. In fact I cancelled another night I had already booked. The rooms with en suite might be better.

Great value for your money
Stayed one night and left early in the next morning. Great to store our luggage when we got off the cruise ship in the early morning, allowing us to sightseeing without carrying our luggage. Friendly staff greeted us ( believed to be the management) who spoke good English and gave us a designated bathroom. Great location and close to everything making it a great stay in Barcelona. Great value for your money.

Ok for a night or two.
I stayed in a single room. It was extremely tiny, the window opened into a light well but it was still quite dark. But it was quiet and the location was good and very easy to get too from the airport.If you are used to backpacking and just want somewhere to kip for the night ,this is a cheap option. But if you want more space and comfort you need to go else where.

Avoid the Hostal Delfos !
Avoid this place at all costs, it's dreadful ! The management is only interested in taking your money and sending you away as fast as possible. It is quite expensive for what it is so I would recommend to add a couple bucks and stay in a better place. The location is good though, very central and just near the metro. It is by far the only thing this place has going for itself. The hostal is actually two storeys of an ordinary apartment. Not a very nice one at that, either. We had to wait the better part of an hour to get to our rooms (the manager was at lunch break). There, we found out that even though we had asked for a double bed, we had separate beds. Keep in mind that we were the only guests at the hostel at the time and there were available rooms with double beds and also that the room we paid for was advertised as having a double bed. Furthermore, the manager hammered on our door early in the morning following our first night to kick us out and did not believe us when we explained that we had booked and paid for two nights. We actually had to prove it to him, which was hard to do because apparently they had never heard of the internet (based on their surprised look when we asked if they had it). Add to this the fact that the rooms are quite small and that the bathroom is shared with (potentially) the guests of a dozen rooms, there aren't many advantages to staying there. Avoid this place !

Appena arrivata in struttura entrata non stupenda ma non era importante, sono salita e mi ha accolto una signora che mi tuttavia diede una camera senza finestre e con bagno condiviso, nonostante avessi prenotato per una con bagno privato e finestre. Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni ,i ha indirizzato alla principale che mi ha rimborsato la differenza tra le due camere e si è scusata dicendo che non erano disponibili. Non nascondo che ero un po’ contrariata perché non era quello che mi aspettavo una volta arrivata….ma avevo prenotato solo per una notte quindi non è stato un problema così ingestibile. Mi sono adattata e devo dire che la camera era piccola ma confortevole e pulita dotata anche di mini lavandino, mentre il bagno in comune, essendo in formato singolo era comodo in più molto spazioso dotato di doccia pulita e bidet per chi non se lo aspettasse; bastava segnalare con una luce esterna che era occupato. Nel complesso sono stata bene, poi un punto forte della struttura è la posizione centralissima dalla quale sono arrivata a piedi, godendomi le strade della città, alla casa Batillò per poi arrivare alla Sagrada. Per chi non volesse camminare troppo c’è una fermata della metro a 20 metri dall’hotel che in due fermate vi porterà alla Sagrada e in più si incrocia con la linea per l’Aeroporto.

Los trabajadores muy amablesy muy simpáticos. Para los dueños del hotel: Me parece una verguenza ajena ofrecer una habitación que está en frente de la entrada del hotel, la entrada que no se cierra, entra ruido, através de los huecos de la puerta de esta habitación entra luz por la noche. No he podido descansar nada, entraba ruido, parecía que estoy durmiendo en la calle. La habitación es muy muy pequeña con ventana al patio con mucha humedad. Hay que avisar que tipo de habitación es. Y poner fotos de ella. Para que el cliente tenga la opción de ver que le espera… muy decepcionada.
