This was a beautiful hotel. Sauna was a nice touch. The location can't be beat. The rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful and we had a lovely evening there.

Location is perfect, 2 blocks from Casa Batllo/ Gaudi. If you want to go shopping this the area for sure, all luxury brands are here on Paseo de la Gracia. The hotel is very quiet and close to all tourist places.

Staff were very courteous and attentive to our requests from the beginning until the end of our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. The roof-top bar had good music/atmosphere and drinks. As a non-smoker I did not like the smoky conditions at the bar. I will come back again in the future, for sure!

This property rooms need some TLC, they are antiquated and the closets, albeit big, are uncomfortable to hang your clothes. The bathroom is big and modern and you have electrical outlets near the bed headboard so you can charge your devices. The staff is helpful. The nonsmoking rules are not observed which it is a shame as guest can smoke in the balconies and the smoke will come in your room if you leave the window open. The access hallway to the rooms will also stink of cigarette smoke. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desire, it is very basic. For the price there are better and less expensive options near the hote.
