We really enjoyed our stay at this Bonavista Apartments property! It was very central and close to transit stations, local attractions, and restaurants/cafes. We also really appreciated the storage lockers located inside the building where we left our luggage before check in time. The apartment was spacious and we loved having a kitchen, laundry and two bedrooms. Be mindful that while the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, you still have to buy your own supplies (salt/pepper, cooking oil…) so you can bring some of that stuff with you and save some money from having to buy it there. Shout out to Víctor who was very responsive to my questions before our stay and when we first arrived!

Fantastic experience, impeccable location

The apartment is exactly as it was shown on the website. The location is absolutely impeccable. A tasteful neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets to choose from. The owner is very friendly and responsive. I will recommend it to anyone!

Great aparment. great location. A biger beds would be better as there were two slim single beds put together you sort of like drop in the middle as the beds separate if you move a lot easly. also shower preasure copuld be better,not a big deal really as there is alwyas hot water and works perfectly well. other than that confy and in very good conditions.

It was very nice to arrive somewhere and feel as if you’re already part of the area. Staying in the apartment gives you all the comfort of being at a hotel while having the benefits of being at home. The area was gorgeous surrounded with lovely local shops and cafes and only a walk away from the city center

Good location, clean, good communication. Within a few blocks for shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Nice to have 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom faces the street and Spain hangs out late… bring ear plugs. Our son is 5’11’, the twin beds are narrow and short.

We liked the proximity to Provençia and Diagonal metro stations. When we arrived, we noticed the shower wasn’t draining well and maintenance was sent within 12 hours to remedy the situation. Very impressed. The fan above the master bed was turning the wrong way for summer (should be pushing air down, not pulling it up) but couldn’t get up high enough to switch it). Was nice to be within easy walking distance of the Casa Mila, Casa Batllo and Sagrada Familia. Longer to get to other sections of town though. Would be helpful to give instructions in the welcome email on how to take the metro from the airport (Line 9 to Collbanc, then Line 5 to Diagonal). With the Hola Barcelona card, this was super easy for both arriving and leaving. Since we come from an area that doesn’t use Metro, having these instructions ahead of time would have been helpful.

C’est la deuxième fois que je vais à cet appartement-hôtel. La communication est excellente avec le personnel du standard, l’équipement de l’appartement est super, le coin génial. Mais… il est vieillissant… il faut refaire la peinture, changer la vaisselle, la sécheuse, etc. Sinon, tout est bien.
