Schöner Aufenthalt

Eine schöne Wohnung, gepflegt und sauber, mit Klimaanalge und wunderbarem Blick in die Berge, zentral gelgen, in wenigen Minuten gelangt man an den Strand und zu den Restaurants. Hervorragender Parkplatz, auch für große Autos geeignet. Sehr nette Betreuerin.

Excellent choix pour des vacances sans soucis

Appartement très confortable ,conforme à la description, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. Le véhicule bien en sécurité dans le parking au sous-sol est un vrai plus, ainsi que la proximité des commerces, du marché et de la plage. Excellent accueil par Emmanuelle très sympathique. Nous avons passé une très bonne quinzaine de vacances.

Appartement bien équipé et agréable dans un quartier calme et vert

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce logement très confortable. La cuisine très bien équipée et le très grand frigo permettent de cuisiner "comme chez soi". La terrasse est spacieuse et la vue dégagée. Les chambres sont agréables avec de grands dressings et une literie de qualité. La salle d'eau est fonctionnelle avec un WC séparé. L'emplacement de parking est très grand. Seul bémol : l'absence de climatisation. A la mi-juin, il a fait très chaud jour et nuit et nous avons très mal dormi avec 27° dans la chambre ! Nous recommandons néanmoins ce logement. Mention spéciale pour la charmante Célia qui nous a accueillis pour la remise des clés.

Bel appartement mais pas "très calme".

Appartement agréable avec une belle vue, propre, très bien aménagé et bien placé. L'accueil sur place est parfait et le propriétaire au petit soin. Mais contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le titre de la location, l'appartement n'est pas "très calme". Une des 2 rues les plus passantes de Banyuls passe à proximité. Ce n'est pas gênant fenêtres fermées mais fenêtres ouvertes et sur la terrasse c'est bruyant de 10h00 à 21h00.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable. Cuisine comme à la maison. Une chambre pour les enfants avec deux lits séparés. Une grande salle de bains et une vraie terrasse avec une très belle vue. Merci à Laura pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

une fois de plus un séjour parfait. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement: une vraie cuisine avec beaucoup de matériel, une vraie chambre pour les enfants qui ne dorment pas l'un sur l'autre et qui ont de la place pour jouer, une vraie salle de bain avec une grande douche très pratique, de la place dans tout l'appartement pour pouvoir ranger et éviter le bazar, une vraie terrasse et non un balcon d'où on peut profiter de la superbe vue. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable non plus: nous venons en train et tout est faisable à pieds, ce qui est très pratique pour se qui viennent l'été avec le monde. L'accueil de Laura est toujours très chaleureux. Ce séjour nous a permis de se ressourcer et de contenter nos esprits de randonneurs, c'est pourquoi nous reviendrons encore une fois très prochainement.

super génial

très bel appartement, bien aménagé: véritable cuisine équipée (comme des détails comme une rape borner qui fait qu'on se croit comme à la maison). Cette cuisine permet de cuisiner comme à la maison. Appartement refait à neuf, très propre, grande douche et une vraie terrasse permettant de manger dehors. En plus on a eu un super temps et un acceuil très chaleureux de la part de la personne chargée de nous remettre les clés. Nous reviendrons c'est sur.
