Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom main floor (entry level, no stairs) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.

Quick Mountain Getaway
We loved staying in this condo. The view from the deck was beautiful! The 4 chairs around the table on the deck were very comfortable and made for enjoyable mornings with coffee and evening games with the family. The unit has zero stairs! You can park and walk straight in rolling your luggage. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner left a generous supply of everything needed (extra towels, soaps, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc). We also loved the keyless entry with no need to stop by the rental office. We loved it!

Felt like home.
We were the first owners of this condo, and we enjoyed staying there again. We felt the new owners had done a very nice job with the furniture, and it was also great to see some of our old furniture still there. We will probably stay again some time in the future.

Nice Place
Very nice location. Everything is clean and in nice condition. Unit is ground level which makes loading and unloading super easy. There is a unit above this one so some foot traffic can be heard. This didn’t bother us but is worth noting. Unit has very nice views and is in a great location to explore the mountain towns of Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock. Would definitely stay here again.

Get Away to our new favorite area
We have stayed at Echota and On the Ridge 7 times in last 15 months. This property was right up there with the rest. We had what we needed to relax, cook and watch tv with the unlucky bad weather. It was still an enjoyable weekend and had some time to explore.
Deck was great and furniture was all very comfortable.

Fantastic, except no hot water
Absolutely beautiful view, updated condo, super clean. Loved everything about it. There is something wrong with the hot water heater - only lukewarm water was available - even when the water was turned on all hot.

Cozy getaway
The property was clean and offered plenty of space for our needs. Great views. Centrally located to Banner Elk but a hit of a drive if you’re wanting to hang out in Boone, Blowing Rock or on the Parkway. Otherwise, I would recommend to a friend.

Home away from home
Beautiful property, very clean, all brand new with comfortable beds relaxed vibe and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful stay. Property located at top of Echota Ridge - we were able to get there without 4wd but there was no snow. If there is snow then 4wd is a must.
