Nice and clean and a gorgeous view!! We loved sitting out on the balcony which we felt was larger than the pictures showed. The Echota property was beautiful and peaceful. Even though the indoor pool was a tiny bit of a drive from this unit, we didn’t mind at all because the indoor pool and hot tub were spotless and provided so much entertainment for our kids! Foscoe management company did a fantastic job of making sure we were well prepared for our arrival and departure and when we had a question, they were quick to respond and accommodate. The location of the property was perfect for our needs - about 20 minutes to Boone and 30 to Linville Falls and Caverns but 12 minutes from the grocery store and restaurant options - perfect!! ##### Catherine K. Loved the lay out of the condo and the views were awesome! The description listed the condo as “ground level with steps” I thought that was miss leading as there were two flights down to our condo. We are both over 60 , so it was difficult to unload and load our stuff. This property was a little further away than I wanted but I think because of that it was nice and quiet. It is a very nice place to stay and very clean. It is very comfortable and has a beautiful view! Our concern is with the management/maintenance of the property. Listing says there will be a weekend supply of specific products. There were no kitchen trash bags except for the ONE in the trash can. There was 1/3 of a roll of paper towel on the roll and no extra. There was no bedspread for sofa bed. There was no shampoo.
