This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Bed in master doesn’t feel like a queen and it doesn’t fit the queen headboard; sheets were too small for the bed. Both beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. Check in and out process was easy. We picked this spot because we were determined to find some snow fun and everything we wanted to do was no more than 15-20 min away. We snowtubed at Hawksnest which was so much fun. We also went "gem mining which was very close by and ice-skating at Sugar Mountain. There is a cute "downtown" with shops and restaurants, but it was quite busy since we were there over New Years. Home is exactly as described. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, but be sure to bring your own essentials like oils, spices, and above all, coffee! Beds were \*very\* comfortable--I slept great! We forgot to bring bathing suits so we didn't get to use the indoor pool and hot tub, but maybe next time. On our last night it actually snowed! My kiddos were thrilled since it rarely snows in Atlanta, but thankfully not so much snow that we had trouble getting back down the mountain. The drive up and down to the main road wasn't difficult, but I don't think I would have been comfortable without AWD/4WD. Overall a great spot. Highly recommend. ##### Lee Ann B. The only issue I had was locating the information on how to turn on water and hot water. The instructions are in the inside of the door on laundry closet.
