It doesn't mention it is a lower level unit. I know this is outside of the owner's control, but the overhead neighbors stomped, shouted, and slammed things around morning, noon and night until almost midnight each night. The walls/ceiling must be very thin, because it was hard to relax due to the noise. The patio is a shared space, also not mentioned but is a nice hangout spot. Mountain views were very limited (covered by trees) which again, no fault to the owners. The couch was uncomfortable, as the cushions were oddly angled and didn't quite seem to fit the frame. The bed was comfortable and shower had nice water pressure. Location was close to Grandfather mountain, beautiful scenic drives and hikes, nice shopping and a great coffee shop which was less than 10 min away.
