Two exits to porch and private patio/deck with large grill and patio table and chairs. This home has leveled entry from parking and driveway, has NO STAIRS to climb! The walkout unit is located in the first level of the residence and includes two private walkout entrances and exits to the front of the house. Master Bedroom has an on suite with tub and air conditioner which is rarely needed. Private deck with grill and seating area. The UPPER LEVEL of THE DUPLEX IS FOR THE OWNER'S PRIVATE USE. The home was built and designed in 2009, has all new furniture, bedding,and kitchen appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed, electric heating, additional portable heaters, ceiling fan, 40 inch TV/Cable, window air conditioner and ample wardrobe storage, a full bath with a tub. The second bedroom has a king size bed which you could convert into two twin beds if you desire, electric wall heater, ceiling fan, TV with Roku and a spacious guest bathroom next to the bedroom with a shower with a built in seat for your safety and comfort. The Great Room area has a Serta queen sleeper sofa, 42 inch TV/Cable electric fireplace/heater, and ceiling fan. In the kitchen area you have a full kitchen with all new appliances including regular size refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and serving for 6 persons. A normal size clothes dryer and washer are located in a closet next to the kitchen with shelf for storage or hanging clothes, as they come out of the drier. The unit has a tank less water heater,strong enough to provide you with continuous hot water. Our newer addition to the unit is a deck next to the master bedroom for just relaxing, enjoying nature, bird watching, or sipping on a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Very cozy and practical 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage unit with all the amenities you will need. Full kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, serving for 6 people. Television and Cable or Roku in the rooms. Israel and his wife were very accommodating and even fed the deer in the morning with my 5 year old daughter. They went out of their way to share event information with us and tell us about local things we may enjoy. It was perfect for our family of 4 (adults and teens) to have space and all the amenities we needed for some great family time and snow skiing. The Peaceful Escape is exactly that, a place to relax and refresh after enjoying a fun day or days on the slopes. The apartment was stocked with everything we could need and more, even with starter supplies of detergent, basic spices, bottled water, sanitizing supplies, and so much more. The hosts were extremely helpful with giving detailed information for getting there and checking in. They went over and above with great recommendations and directions to restaurants and shopping. We loved everything about our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances to cook just about any meal you would like. The location of the house was nice. If you enjoy hiking there are an abundance of trails to pick from. They are all well-groomed and beautiful to hike. The nearby towns are fun to check-out as well as the wineries. The hosts were great to work with. They went above and beyond in all ways possible. They were extremely helpful with suggestions of what to do or where to eat in the area. We are working from home now and we thought we would do a month out of state. We picked this house and we are sure glad we did! The owners were superb! They were very friendly and always kept in contact with you in hospitality and if there were any problems to let them know. There was everything that you needed to have. They even bought a bigger table for my husband to work on. You get the whole lower half of house with your own porch and grill. The inside was super clean and sanitized. We saw a lot of deer when we went for walks and by the house. So peaceful and quite! We had a great time and the owners gave us some ideas of what and where to go while we were there.
