It was perfect for us. The cousins had a large room with 4 bunks and two trundle beds with an additional large gathering room and bathroom. The adults had their king bedrooms and private bathrooms. Perfect. The cabin was decorated for Christmas and very festive. The hosts were super to communicate with and very responsive to a few issues that arose. The pictures represent the space perfectly. The house is large, well appointed, with lots of activities for folks of all ages. This was a perfect spot for our youth group retreat and my teens were especially loving the basement and outdoor spaces. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were wonderful with communication. They left lots of little treats to enjoy and had everything well stocked. The beds were a bit on the firm side for me, but I’m also quite picky when it comes to that. The drive up the mountain includes a lot of switchbacks, but it isn’t a long drive and the location is perfect for trips to both Boone or Banner Elk. We hope to stay here again! ##### Amanda S.
