We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay tremendously. My only suggestions would be for the management company to consolidate their check-in information into one document, not three separate emails. Also, providing only two kitchen trash bags for a five night stay for a family of 8 was not enough. I understand renters buying paper towels, foil, etc, but trash bags? The sitting area is very inviting and we spend time there every morning and evening. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and small appliances.We arrived during the 5" snowstorm of 12/8/2025\. The road up to the gate had not been plowed yet. Same for the roads in the community. 4WD trucks were able to get to the house, but not an AWD Rav4\. The roads were plowed by 5pm and everything was good. Just to say, they're not kidding when they say 4WD is 'recommended'. The views were stunning. The house is situated up in the mountains. Driving up and down the tight windy roads was fun for most of us. The kids loved the downstairs area, and loft like area upstairs. I would definitely stay here again but i would bring my own pillows and towels. We were 2 families of 4 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bedroom on the third floor. The fireplace was wonderful. Nothing beats the view from the main living area with two comfortable rocking chairs for the adults to relax in. We were super close to Hawks Nest Snow Tubing place and a winery. Boone was a quick 20 min drive so you had full access to restaurants or other convenience needs. The house was beautifully decorated and appliances were up to date. Very clean, beautiful views and a convenient location. Kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal. All furniture was nice and the beds were all very comfortable.
