We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay tremendously. My only suggestions would be for the management company to consolidate their check-in information into one document, not three separate emails. Also, providing only two kitchen trash bags for a five night stay for a family of 8 was not enough. I understand renters buying paper towels, foil, etc, but trash bags? Driving up and down the tight windy roads was fun for most of us. The area is very private, quiet and 10-15 minutes away from everything. The house was spacious, gorgeous wrap around deck and nicely furnished. The kids loved the downstairs area, and loft like area upstairs. We were not happy about having to drive the trash to the dumpster each day. We also did not appreciate having to remove bedsheets, clean and put away all the dishes and clean the place before leaving. After all we were on vacation. We were 2 families of 4 and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bedroom on the third floor. The fireplace was wonderful. Nothing beats the view from the main living area with two comfortable rocking chairs for the adults to relax in. We were super close to Hawks Nest Snow Tubing place and a winery. Boone was a quick 20 min drive so you had full access to restaurants or other convenience needs. The house was beautifully decorated and appliances were up to date.
