It is comfortable & clean and owner goes out of the way to provide lots of little conveniences in bathroom & kitchen. \*\*Owner quickly responds to email and easy to ask questions . It is a great location to visit all near interest points & restaurants. Great location to use nearby ski and snow tubing venues. However, the electric heat system is a tad outdated and not sure how comfortable it would be on a cold winter day.The outside deck is small but a nice place to sit but not for outdoor table eating. The owner asks that the gas log fireplace be not used but it is small and not in the best location anyway. There is no hot tub on the property. Price point is reasonable and the pictures are accurate. Great for a family to be together, play board games and visit the wonderful area of Banner Elk There is no live TV but streaming works well for movies.
