The main floor features the kitchen, living room, recreation room with pool table, primary bedroom, and bathroom. The open loft area offers more sleeping space with queen and full beds and the guest bathroom. Location: This cabin is located in quaint Seven Devils, on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, and centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. It was very clean, cozy, and the perfect size for our family of three. The fireplace made it extra inviting, and we really enjoyed spending time on the porch and playing pool inside.The location was super convenient — close to surrounding areas, with a gas station right at the bottom of the mountain and an amazing coffee shop just down the road (Mountain Dig Coffee — the cinnamon roll was to die for!). Hawksnest tubing was also less than a 3-minute drive from the top of the mountain, which was a huge bonus.The only small suggestions we’d make would be to update the baking sheets and consider offering coffee for guests. Getting to the skiing mountains was very easy. Location was great. My only feedback would be to ask incoming families for during the holiday season if they celebrate Christmas and put up a tree. We were there during Christmas and would have loved to have a full size lit tree especially with the cozy cabin and fireplace. We wound up purchasing a 4ft one but a traditional one would have been such an amazing touch. Obviously this is above and beyond expectations just a thought. Great stay overall! ##### Erica G. It is within 5 min of Sugar Mountain, 25-30 min from Beech, 25-30 min from Boone, 15 min from Grandfather Mountain, 25-30 min from Blowing Rock, and 20 min from Jonas Ridge snow tubing! We ate at Pedalin Pig, Stonewall, Banner Elk Cafe, and Sorrentos - all were excellent and have kids menus. We really enjoyed the proximity to all these places. We LOVED the coziness of Bear Den! We saw deer everyday from the porch, our family loved the pool table, and it is very spacious! We can’t wait to go back!!! ##### johanna c. The kids really enjoyed seeing the wildlife from the front porch. The only thing I didn’t love was the fact that we had to drive to the main office to get the keys to the property, I feel like upgrading to digital/keypad locks would have made it so much easier for us and it could have save us the extra drive. Other than that the place was clean and had enough towels and blankets for our short stay. ##### Angelo A.
