"Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. "This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need."
