The room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed having a Queen sized bed and a mini balcony. Location is walkable distance from Ratchathewi BTS - a steal at that price! However, the place seems run-down and service is extremely minimal. For some reason, the water heater in my room wasn't working properly so all my showers were room temperature (I was too lazy to try and explain that to them). The first review is exactly what was going on. Leaking sink, mold, really old towels, dirty sheets and just a bad vibe overall. Location would be the only upside, but we still had to walk 5 mins thru dirty smelly ally to get to the Main Street. Lots of door slamming, dog barking, so sleep at night isn't good. My taxi driver had to circle the block 5 times and ask the people around to find this place. ##### Mike
