It is not on private lot but in a city neighborhood with apartment buildings all around. The towels in the room were so thin and ragged that you could almost see through them and we had to ask for new ones. The bathroom was horrible with old boken fixtures. Room and hotel had a stinky, old smell. TV old, furniture old, bathroom old, building old and not what the pictures show. One check in desk lady was nice and one was rude. Breakfast was the only thing that was decent. We would have cheked out the first night if we weren't so tired. We're retired military so tough living is not foreign to us but not when we are paying for it. This hotel is not what the rating says it is unless you have no choice. Ammenities are horrible or nonexistent.
