Ideally located for a winter-summer stay, this refuge offers unparalleled comfort: warm fireplace, sauna, and an impressive panoramic view of the Vosges ridges.<br><br>Only 700 m from the ski slopes of Grand Valtin, and 10 km from the resorts of Gérardmer and La Bresse, this chalet is a perfect base for lovers of downhill skiing or cross-country skiing. In winter, access is clear and snow tyres are recommended. In summer, go hiking or discover the typical houses of the Vosges valley.<br><br>The chalet is very bright, with a south-facing balcony and a west terrace overlooking a large garden of about 2,000 m². The private parking can accommodate up to 3 cars, while preserving the tranquility of this residential high-altitude area.<br><br>The interior has been carefully renovated and decorated in a "mountain & travel" style: warm wood, wool carpets, skins, antique objects. The 40 m² living room, with its fireplace, is a friendly living space to meet up with family or friends. The mezzanine is transformed into a TV lounge or extra sleeping area (1 adult or 2 child sofa bed) 4K TV + home cinema).<br><br>The open kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer), ideal for sharing convivial meals. Two bedrooms on the first level (bed 160 and bed 140), shower room, WC. On the first floor: two other bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, 4-seater sauna, separate WC, laundry area (washing machine, dryer).<br><br>Outside, enjoy:<br>• a balcony with table and chairs,<br>• a terrace with lounge<br>• a landscaped garden with picnic table, sun loungers, parasols and barbecue.<br><br>At the end of summer, you can even hear the bellowing of the deer, directly from the terrace.
