But as we rented a car the location out of the city center was perfect to go explore as you skip the crazy traffic in the city center Service was great and the free driver to old town is great Personally I think the pool area needs a upgrade or some extra details to make it match the hotels. "Lovely staff including the front desk staff including Ms. Kate. Very helpful Concierge staff including Mr. Chaw. Very attentive cleaning staff on Floor 10 including Ms. Apple. The staff at the Spa were also very welcoming. I do think the carpets in the hallway need shampooing as it is quite dusty. Moreover, the air conditioning unit in Room 1022 needs thorough maintenance, as it was quite moldy and then it was noisy after the engineers responded to my request for cleaning."
