"The front desk staff was great. However, the room wasn’t all that and kinda smelly. I also took issue with them cleaning on set days even when I complained about the room being dirty. The location was ideal, but the property needs maintenance."

"I know that it is a busy and convenient location but the hotel is old and it is time for an update to change the smelly carpet and old, hard mattresses. We paid for and requested a double bed, but had to sleep in a king room with a pull out sofa. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and tried to place us in what were considered the best rooms available, but the room was outdated, the mattress was very old that you could feel all of the springs and the ac was on the Fritz. The ac temp could not be adjusted at all or the heat would come on, so the only temperature was ice cold. My mom and I each had 2 extra blankets and were still cold. It was just awful! Overall the decently cleaned rooms and the amazing staff made this a ok stay."

"A couple things I did not like….first thing is..they do say self parking is $15 but what they don’t tell you is that…it’s $15 if you stay in the garage all day and don’t go anywhere…other than that you have to pay multi times and the second thing was the room had a odd smell when we walked in but with a lil spray it was fine! Now to the things I did like…the hotel itself is very nice…when u walk in it’s very welcoming. And it’s close to any of the things we did while we were there!"

"Air conditioning did not work in our room in Baltimore Harbour. The hotel was full and we could not switch rooms. The manager agreed to apply $250 credit per night for the issue, I just received the bill and the allowance credit was never applied. Now I have to call and get my bill corrected. The front desk staff were not friendly at all."

"Check in was a nightmare we waited an hour in an unconditioned lobby for the staff to figure out an error on their end resulting in us being overcharged. It was so hot that my two children and I stepped outside to let my husband handle it. Baby roaches were all over the front steps, so we went back in and sat in the heat. The 7th floor smelled of animal urine. The tub in the room backed up resulting in cool stagnant water while showering . The room phone was broken. The wall AC WAS SOOOO LOUD! It woke us up each time it cut back on. One of the bed linens had brown stains all over the white comforter. Check out was equally as miserable. The day of check out we were charged two separate totals for the one room we were in. All likely due to the same error that occurred at check in. (The lady deleted the information attached to hotel.com that is apparently a big NO NO, resulting in cards being charged over and over. We have now frozen the card and called our bank. As I sit here at 630pm after check out at 0700am I recieved ANOTHER notification from the bank that the hotel that was PAID IN FULL at check in it attempting to charge me AGIAN!! The pool and restaurant were closed and have been for sometime with no real ETA on opening. Breakfast minimal and stale at best. Stale muffins left open to air, cereal, and plain bread or a bagel with a toaster. BUYER BEWARE!!"

"Booked a king bed, was upgraded to a suite with a king Murphy bed. Bed collapsed on us, engineering came up to check on it, and they found screws missing. We switched rooms out of concern for our safety and were moved to a room with a double bed. Tried booking a good place near the aquarium for a loved one’s birthday but we’ll be staying somewhere else next time we visit for sure."
