Why would you make handicap accessible rooms, then put them on the sixth floor, at the end of a long hallway away from the elevators. It makes no sense. If you really are trying to accommodate those with handicaps.

Staff was distracted and rude. Parking wasn’t available because the hotel was hosting a fashion show. I had to park down the road and walk to the hotel at 2:30 in the morning. We heard people laughing, talking, running etc past midnight. Facilities are very dated. The shuttle driver who took us to the airport was nice.

Hotel staff gave 5 star service, I did not meet one employee that did not go above and beyond. I got early check-in at no additional cost which was great considering the long travel and I needed sleep. The room needed quite a few updates. The prices at the onsite restaurant were too high. Great location (close to the airport and Amtrak) for short stays, like an overnight while waiting to catch a flight. Definitely not for long term stays.

Very disappointed because I chose this hotel because of location and the shuttle to airport. I told the front desk I needed to be at airport at 5am. They told me to be down in lobby at 4.40am for shuttle. There were 4 of us so at 4.40am we arrived at lobby and just before the shuttle showed up there were several airline crew that also came to take shuttle. We were told the crew needed to board the shuttle first and once they did there was no more seats for us. We were told to wait for the next shuttle in 20 mins or so. We had to get an Uber instead

New plan when flight gets canceled on Christmas
Stayed heading to airport for an early morning flight. At dinner and had drinks. The manager was bartending and serving tables. So very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Working on a holiday making us feel right at home.

I had a very early flight on December 20th, and there were TWO shuttles to ensure that passengers and flight. Few go to the airport on time. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean and comfortable.

Too High Priced for a Return
We arrived mid-afternoon and got into our room immediately. We took a very early airport shuttle to our departing flight and were well served by it. Mostly we just hung out in our room, ordered room service for dinner which wasn't great food and was costly: $60+ dollars for a hamburger, some not very good chicken wings and a single glass of wine seemed excessive to us. All in all, next time we'd go to any of the many nearby hotels for far less money. We were new to the area and didn't know how close all these hotels are to each other.
