My room was large and clean. The bathroom had been recently updated. The electrical outlets by the bed did not work and the wall outlets were loose.

The actual guest room was absolutely disgusting, everything was dirty/stained, dimly lit, outdated, just overall unpleasant. I feel like I was catfished by the pictures on Expedia because there is no way this is that same hotel.

We have modified the lobby/restaurant area and did some minor additions in the guest rooms. We are taking your comments seriously and have maintenance working on improvements in the room you were assigned.
