"We had a wonderful stay at Skellig Bay Cottage! The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for relaxing in front of the views and short day trips to all of the sights. Our favorite part of the house was the large ocean front window. We all took turns sitting in the comfy chairs reading a book or just taking in the scenery of sheep and ocean. Thank you for a great stay in the Ring of Kerry!"

"The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Beautiful home with amazing views! This home had everything needed for our party of four. The owners are the kindest people you will meet. We stayed for a week and we were quite sad to leave. A quiet area and a great place to renew yourself. We spent the week visiting historic sites, driving mountain passes, and even took a walk with alpacas!!"

"The location is beautiful and private and easy to find . Accommodation is spacious and comfortable enough ( apart from the pillows but everyone has different preferences) but felt a bit dark . It seems there is a damp issue as the property unfortunately smelt mildewy and the bed clothes were all damp on arrival which meant we had to use own blankets for the night - we wondered if there is scope to improve ventilation . "Our week’s stay at the cottage was very pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sheep and the scenery from the cottage was beautiful. We had difficulty finding the cottage as there are no road names and after an overnight flight from Toronto and then a four hour drive from Dublin the directions didn’t work on our phone. "Very spacious house with wonderful views. Comfortable and under floor heating meant always right temperature. Liking a log fire, this never needed. Being Kerry, one needs to be prepared for all weathers. This house very well suited to sitting in for hours -days where that weather forbids going out. "If you are looking for a rustic experience with a coastal million dollar view this is the place for you. Would not recommend for people leary of driving on a long, winding, narrow country road or those with certain disabilities as stone steps are steep going up to property. Martin was a friendly host and you even get to feed the chickens near the property."

"Kathleen was the perfect host and her holiday home was honestly incredible. So much space and light with beautiful views from every window. Kathleen was so accommodating when we had to add an extra guest to the party and came over to talk us through everything. And the accommodations, while wonderfully updated, still ooze that classy old charm!
