"This Hotel is Amazing, The Staffs were very professional and Helpful the Room was great the only thing I wished is that Breakfast was included with the Stay, i did eat order Breakfast and it was excellent i will visit again and Recommend it to Other Family and Friends. "

"Checked in and the initial room we were assigned was not cleaned. The room we were reassigned to, had empty soap containers and the air conditioning was abnormally loud. We tried to get soap refilled but front desk staff was unable to get to it and house keeping told us to go to the desk. Left the sign off the door for room service, did not receive service. We have stayed here before, it just seems like the hotel is going downhill."

"The address on goggle has the wrong street entrance, it’s confusing for people coming in out of town The staff was very nice and welcoming The lady that worked the kitchen on the morning of Tuesday the 31 of March was extremely pleasant and made breakfast a pleasure to eat, more hotels need a server like her who appears to love her job and the people she serves. Great customer service"

"I literally called down at nearly 2 AM as people were in the lobby making a TON of noise. You can see by the slope of the roof that the noise carries up to the 4th floor. It was like listening to all of the conversations outside of your door. They did their best, but it never stopped. At one point, there was a small child (4-5 years old talking with people and running around. It's inexpensive but not a nice area. No real food options, and the cafe has really limited hours. Not recommended. "
