Armstrong Cottage

  • Beautifully renovated Miners Cottage in the heart of Ballarat’s CBD. Walking distance to the best Cafes and Restaurants Ballarat has to offer.

    Both bedrooms have lush Queen beds with 5 star cloud like bedding, covered in 100% French Flax linen for the most luxurious sleep.

    Two split systems make your stay comfortable no matter the weather. The kitchen has been fitted out to perfection and is fully equipped for your every need.

    The newly renovated bathroom has a separate luxe shower and bath.

    The space -
    We have kept as many of the original features in our cottage as possible to keep her a little bit quirky. She has beautiful soul with the interior being softly coloured, cute and comfortable.

    We provide guests with a selection of teas, milk and coffee.

    There are 2 internal fireplaces, the one in the kitchen is functional but please note the lounge room fireplace is currently not in use. There is also an outdoor fire pit.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out time is 10am. Please wash, dry and put dishes away. Leave used towels in the bathroom please. The beds can be left as they are, I will do those.
Empty fridge and bins, and pop the rubbish in the big bins if you can please. Turn lights and split systems off, lock all doors and pop the keys in the lockbox.
