We love that there’s so much to do right on the island like fishing, beach combing… and yet you aren’t far from shopping and other attractions. The house is ideal for our large extended family and there is plenty of space for games, puzzles, tv, crochet… Brett, as always, was prompt in communications and a pleasure to deal with. There were ten in our family from age 4 to 72 and everyone loved the house and all the amenities it provided. The wonderful furnishings are warm and comfortable and the house has so much space to spread out yet the living and dining area is large enough everyone could be together when we wanted to. And if you love to cook, you are really going to love the kitchen. We did use it but also went to many of the great restaurants nearby. There is a lot to see in the area but this is also a nice place to simply relax and enjoy the clean Maine air. ##### William K. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything you could need as a chef. The setup on the deck was perfect for cooking lobsters and having an outdoor dinner. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning which was wonderful for each guest. The kids were so excited about watching the fireworks on the rooftop deck which did not disappoint!! All the fun nautical decor and tasteful furnishings were enjoyed by everyone. Everyone had their own space yet, there were many areas to allow a large group to gather. The long outdoor table was full every night for dinner. Close to the beach and scenic hikes. Perfect for our grandchildren to enjoy each other in the large playroom downstairs.
