"This hotel does not deserve its rating. We had no hot water 2 days running. One restaurant was closed and the other fully booked so that we could not have dinner there, despite trying to reserve the previous day. The decoration needs a refresh (see photos of dining room and bar) and the corridor carpets are stained (see photo). The beach was over-crowded. Most of the staff were uncharming. The a/c was feeble. We were told to ask for a partial refund through Expedia but this was then refused. Try...

Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."

"Our stay in this apartment was absolutely delightful! It was the perfect cozy spot for us, offering a comfortable and well-appointed home for the week. I slept in the room with the two twin beds, which were incredibly comfortable. I loved waking up to step onto the terrace right outside my room, enjoying a coffee and a peaceful morning moment. The apartment’s location was fantastic, allowing us to walk everywhere and soak in all that Sestri Levante has to offer. We explored various hikes recommended in the guidebook provided by the host, which helped us get familiar with the area. The espresso machine and coffee were a treat and greatly appreciated. The apartment was just what we needed to feel at ease and relax while exploring the surroundings. On the first morning, we woke up to the vibrant Saturday market in the little square next to the apartment, where we picked up wonderful snacks to enjoy throughout the week when we weren’t dining at one of the town’s fantastic restaurants. We also walked to the train station a few times and took trips to Levanto, which we absolutely loved. It was an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in this beautiful region while staying in a place that felt so welcoming, as if I were an integral part of the community there."
"A lovely little hotel near the beach in Sestri Levante. We were there during the week just before Andersen festival so it was quiet.
Beautiful suite with views of the beach. I wouldn’t call it a luxury hotel, but it’s extremely charming.
Breakfast was included, but beach access wasn’t. The location is very central and great.
My one complaint is that the sofa bed wasn’t all that comfortable for a tall person. "

"Clear communication leading up to the stay. Greeted by the family who showed us the place. Very warm welcome and willing to share local knowledge.Nice place, all you need is there. Nice and cool.The view ... the view ... just sit on the balcony all day. There is a fixed sun shade, keeping things cool. Fresh lemons under your nose. EPIC!NIce walk to the center, lots of restaurants and beach side bars. Very pleasant service in all places we visited. Nice shops a mix of groceries and local products. Try the foccacia Genovese. Amazing walks in the area, great vista's around every corner.We really enjoyed it. Thanks Luca!"
