  • Behind its bougainvillea, hides a charming house with its feet in the water which will seduce you with its comfort and its peaceful terraces. During the day, enjoy in front of the house the water sports of the salt pond of Bages (sailing, kitesurfing, paddle, canoeing etc.), go hiking or cycling, bird watching, or enjoy the joys of the beach of Gruissan 20 minutes away. In the evening, relax on the terrace with a view of the pond, or go out to the village square. For the more festive, Peyriac de mer is 5 minutes away, and Narbonne 10 minutes away. The house offers on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with home cinema, where you can relax with family or friends. On the 1st floor, 1 bathroom and 3 double bedrooms offer a spectacular view of the Bages lagoon and direct access to a terrace where you will not fail to take a nap facing the pink flamingos.
