« Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city. »

« Belle chambre confortable. Bon petit déjeuner avec un très bon choix. Ce que j’ai moins apprécié lors de mon Check out était le fait de me faire facturer un “tip volontaire” pour tout l hôtel. Je trouve que le pourboire se donne volontairement et individuellement. Je n’ai pas envie qu’on me force à donner un pourboire décidé par l hôtel pour toute l’équipe. Ce sera un motif pour lequel je ne reviendrai pas. »

« A perfect newly hotel . I have staid in the Florencia hotel some years ago . So was expecting the same service here , and that was the case ! It's a nice and confortable and rather small hotel . The deco is rather different from the other one but its very modern and i liked it, all the amenities are perfect i have tested the gym , which has all the gear it needs to and located in the same floor as the pool really nice ! « Hôtel tres bien situé, 10 minutes du centre de Milan. A 10 minutes du métro pour l aéroport. Nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil de Federico, merci a lui. L hôtel est propre, agréable et calme. Les dosettes cafés et les tisanes sont un plus. Et le petit cadeau a notre départ était vraiment sympathique Merci a tout le staff pour ce séjour tres agréable ou tout s est bien passé »
