I received an incorrect airport pickup call meant for another guest, and the response from the front office was a routine, mechanical apology with no ownership. More seriously, although all four rooms were booked under my ID and secured with my credit card, the staff asked my father-in-law and sister-in-law for their cards and charged ₹50,000 to my sister-in-law without authorisation. Even after raising the issue, the amount has not been reversed 12 days later. On checkout, I was again asked about collecting payments from others, forcing me to settle everything myself to avoid further confusion. The property is lovely, but the front office operations are deeply disappointing. A milestone family celebration was overshadowed by preventable errors and poor handling."
