"There was some confusion at check-in between superior vs premium room. Photos are not accurate as there are many rooms . We skipped housekeeping and were issued a complimentary drink coupon - but the bartender had a tough time redeeming it. Helpful staff, firm bed, good size room. Needs touch up painting . Easy walk to train station- Longer to walk to City center. "

"We stayed for a quick sleep during our road trip, so we didn’t get to experience any amenities. Our family room was MASSIVE. Two floors, nearly 700 sqft, a shower/bathroom with double sinks, and two large powder rooms with toilet and sink. The hotel and room were older and the furnishings equally so, but everything was very clean and comfortable. Well worth the cost of our room. If we’re in the area, we would definitely stay again."

"I was surprised at check in that we were told we had reserved 4 rooms. We did have 2 connecting rooms but my original booking that I had cancelled well in advance on Expedia never showed up on Hilton Heidelbergs end. I had to prove I had cancelled and had to forward emails to show that I did indeed cancel the first connecting rooms. Once that was fixed, the rest of the stay was ok. "
