Everything was great except the wifi didn’t work
This place was great clean, good location however the wifi did not work. We stayed for 2 nights and after calling up reception multiple times the technician arrived on the 2nd day and wasn’t able to fix the issue. So no wifi was made available. Everything other than that was great. It has a small kitchenette good for making breakfast, great restaurants within walking distance.

Great location but that’s about it
Clean but dusty. I had allergies the entire time. WiFi signal was weak. Smell of smoke in corridors. Location is fantastic.

Amazing!!
This place is amazing!! We loved staying here. Everything you need and the view is breathtaking. Lovely little town with friendly people and shops all around. Great vibe and very clean. Highly recommend this place.

Nice stay in this town
Since we arrived the town in the midnight, the staff still had the special arrangement for us. The view outside of the room was very good, which could see the main church in the town. Also, the decoration inside the room was very nice and the space was quite enough.

Estupendo alojamiento
Muy cómodo y agradable. El pueblo de Bad Hofgastein tiene además buen ambiente y actividades. Nos ayudaron en la recepción con un problema que tuvimos con las llaves y cenamos estupendamente en el cercano Salzburger Hof. Nos ha encantado!!

Härligt läge och hjälpsam personal även om inte incheckningen var den smidigaste av dem alla. Vi hade jättetrevligt och köket var välutrustat.

Zimmer sehr klein, Wlan nur im Erdgeschoss, Lobby renoviert, hätte den Zimmern auch gut getan. 70er Jahre Flair der Zimmer. Restaurant war für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht zu nutzen, da im 10 Tage Vorfeld ausgebucht

God beliggenhed, men slidt og lidt snavset.
Fin lejlighed og god central placering, og dejligt med egen parkeringsplads. Personalet var venlige og behjælpsomme. Men sengen var mildest talt elendig - man følte man lå i et hul da madrassen buede ned på midten. Lejligheden var ikke gjort særlig godt rent, og der lå en del gammelt snavs i hjørnerne

Hyggelig ferie i lille lokal by
Lækkert ophold midt i byen. Der er kort til det hele i den hyggelige lille lokale by. Værelset var super lækkert. Sengene var gode - selv opredningen på sovesofaen. Man skal tjekke ind på andet hotel lige i nærheden. Det fungerede så fint og vi fik en masse information om både hotel, by og måder man kan komme rundt på.

Underbart boende mitt i Österrikes idyll
Vi bodde tre nätter i underbara Bad Hofgastein. Aurora ligger mitt i den lilla byn och man har bageri, restauranger och allt vad man behöver just runt hörnet. Det är ingen lyx lägenhet utan enkel standard men det är mycket trivsamt. Vi kommer att återvända till denna lilla pärla!

Ideales Appartement für Skiurlaub mit Familiem über Ostern. Geräumig und alles da was es braucht. Hotel Osterhase hat auch vorbei geschaut somit waren die Kinder auch sehr happy. Gerne wieder!

70er/80er Charakter Haus liegt in der FuZo
Mitten in der Altstadt, ab 06:30 tägliche Müllabfuhr ( eh super, aber nicht im Urlaub) anschließend die Lieferanten und wenn du glaubst das war es, legen die Kirchenglocken los! Ansonsten wunderbare Wandergebiete im nahen Umfeld. Aber nicht zu dieser Zeit! Anfang November bis ca. 10 Dezember haben alle Bergbahnen ,Geschäfte und fast alle Lokale geschlossen! Also wenn schon dorthin, dann zu einer anderen Zeit und wenn Ihr es euch leisten könnt in ein anderes Haus. Lg

Über das Appartementhaus Aurora kann ich nichts berichten und das kam so: Ich hatte schon vor der Reise bemerkt, dass bei meinem Kurzaufenthalt die Reinigungskosten den Zimmerpreis überstiegen - alleine ich hatte schon kostenpflichtig gebucht und war bereit, das hinzunehmen. Die Rezeption war allerdings nicht an der angeführten Adresse, sondern im Hotel "Salzburger Hof" ganz in der Nähe. Dort sprach mich der freundliche Herr an der Rezeption auf meinen Buchungsirrtum an und bot mir gegen eine kleine Aufzahlung und gleichzeitigem Storno der Reinigungskosten ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung an. So kam es, dass ich hier mitten im Ortszentrum für ein sehr ordentliches und geräumiges Zimmer, inklusive Frühstück weniger bezahlte, als ich im Aurora bezahlt hätte. Damit will ich das Appartementhaus, das von außen sehr ordentlich aussieht, keinesfalls abwerten. Wer einen längeren Aufenthalt plant ist hier sicherlich gut aufgehoben, ich war mit einer Nächtigung im Salzburger Hof sicherlich besser dran.

Har koll på städavgiften som tillkommer
Det var INTE OK att betala ytterligare 55 Euro för städningen då priset skulle "bara" vara 81 Euro för rummet. Det är bättre att ÖPPET berätta då man bokar var det totala priset bli så man inte får en obehaglig överraskning.

Tycker det var väldigt dåligt att det tillkom en service avgift på 55 euro & lokala skatter vid utcheckningen stod ingenstans och vi kunde inte städa själva. Detta borde informeras om.
