Breakfast included and the location make this a slam dunk option for us. Our second time staying with them!!

Everyone was great. The only thing I noticed was the tub needed work. The caulk was covering up black and the bottom of the tub was discolored at the no skid strips. Also looked like the same thing as the caulk.

A beautiful, well appointed spot. However, there are some issues with the service. The on site gentleman was wonderful. They were in my room fixing the fireplace when I arrived, had to come fix it again, left me just with a sheet when I said I had allergies to down-requiring me to call for a blanket, and did not have the plunges or sauna operational the duration of my stay. To their credit, they worked to get at least the sauna running. However, they only revealed the issue AFTER I booked and paid and offered nothing in return for the disappointment until I asked to at least go in at 3 instead of 4-and someone was in the room fixing things. Too bad….its a gorgeous spot. If only things had worked for the few days of my stay, and I didn’t have to ask for the obvious: no one in my room when I check in, functional facilities, and blankets.

This resort is a hidden jewel. I love it. I have stayed twice now and won't stay anywhere else on the Outer Banks. The staff is so very helpful.

The spa was very relaxing. The staff professional. Enjoyed my visit there.
